Hey! So I'm an Australian living in Japan. Pretty much set on staying here for good. Slowly trying to work my way out of the English teaching vortex a lot of expats get stuck in here by arting as hard as I can art. I made a few videos about life in Japan which you can check out on my youtube channel but I don't really post anything there anymore. Too much arting to do!

Well here I am again.

So I've just quit one of the biggest time sinks in my life...video games. Don't know for how long but it's been over a week absolutely cold turkey and I've done more art than I ever usually do. This is how I want it to be so expect more from me in the future. I know I've said this before but for me this is quite a drastic change so I'm hoping it actually makes a real difference.

Teaching in Japan

While it might not seem like it, I have been doing a lot of art in my free time. The problem is, of course, that I don't get that much free time. I currently teach English to kids five days a week and it can be pretty tiring! It's lucky I like kids. I enjoy my job but it's certainly not something I want to do indefinitely. I would love to end up doing something where I actually use Japanese like translation or interpreting. Of course something involving art would be awesome too.
Welp, duty calls! Off to work :p

Ok I'm back on the wagon with drawing. Currently finishing up some lineart I'm really happy with which I'll post and then attempt to colour! Also I might add that I've moved to Japan and now live in Osaka! So that's cool :D
